So sweet and adorable. Love the little girl in the tintype. Such beautiful lace and stitching. Uber-impressive. (I am running out of unique ways of telling you how great these pieces are). Gotta pull out a Thesaures next time.

Hi,
I have been reading your blog about a year. I get every update and always read it. I have never commented. I just have to this time because.....I am absolutely loving the brooches you have been making. Not to gush but, they are so unique and I love the detail. I think each one has it's own story that each person can imagine when they look at it. You do have an eye for composition and it shows.
I really struggle with craft things. I have tried so many projects decoupage, making cards, making jewelry, shadow boxes, you name it. Sadly, I just don't have it. Instead of feeling fulfilled I feel sort of let down......LOL so.... My coping mechanism is looking for things that make my heart go pitter-patter. Things that remind me of growing up and things like my Grandma has. I love thrifting and decorating with my vintage finds. I just wanted to encourage you and say I think you are really on to something. Keep making and I will keep drooling!!!!!!
