I'm always posting unfinished work. Unfortunately, unfinished work is all I seem to have lately. This piece is a complete and total limited edition. Very, very time-consuming. Hours just in glittering the letters. I will be making as many of the 8x4 "merry" signs as possible, but this is the only 12x6 I will make. I can make three signs with a smaller word in the time I can make one with "Merry Christmas." This one has been fun though. It will be seriously foofy when it's finished. I've yet to add the embellishments to the top corners. The vintage tinsel it's going to hang from is so pretty and shiny. It's the kind with cotton string in the center instead of wire. I also love the pink and clear rhinestone vintage brooch. It will have even more vintage rhinestones when it's finished! Yes, it's made for a lover of all things shiny, pink and old.
Vintage Tree Topper Swap
Here is the swap list. If you signed up and are not on this list, please let me know ASAP. I've tried to stay organized, but I am a true scatter brain to be perfectly honest. Hopefully, my list is complete. I will check for broken links, but click on your name and let me know if it doesn't go to your website. If I have questions for you I have noted them by your name.
Ann-Marie (I have your email address; please notify me of your blog url if you have a blog)
Brenda (Brenda's Little Cottage)
Lonnie Jenck (I have your email address; Please notify me of your blog url if you have a blog)
Carol (I know you don't have a blog and I have your email address)
Thank you ladies for participating in this swap. I think it will be most fun and I'm thrilled with the talent we have here. I will email you with your swap partner by Monday.
Have a nice weekend!
Your Merry Christmas sign is DARLING!! I am swooning. Yes glitter takes time.. I got very frustrated waiting for glue to dry today! Unfinished projects in my home too. I can't wait to get my partner and get started on my tree topper!! Thanks for being so on top of it for this swap. I can't believe you put all those links in there!! Have a great weekend!

That sign is gorgeous! I love all the glittery letters....even if they did take a long time to do. That vintage tinsel garland is so pretty and the perfect thing for this piece. I love your signs.
